Vitargo Carbohydrates + Electrolytes, Grape Flavour is a powdered carbohydrate drink containing Vitargo® corn starch (GMO-free) as a source of carbohydrates. Each serving (72 g) provides 66 g of carbohydrates (including 61.9 g of starch) and electrolytes: sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium. A 750 g pack contains approx. 10 servings. Carbohydrate solutions help improve physical performance during intense and prolonged physical exertion when consumed at a rate of 30–90 g of carbohydrates per hour. Sugar-free and fat-free. Contains a source of phenylalanine (aspartame). Does not contain: gluten, lactose, soya.

Suggested use:

Fill a shaker with water (approx. 200ml), add 72g of Vitargo and shake vigorously for 30 seconds, then top up with approx. 300-400ml of water and shake again. The prepared drink should be consumed within 8 hours. Do not boil. again.
