    Rosita Wild Seaweed 5 Seaweed Blend is a dietary supplement in capsule form. A blend of 5 wild seaweeds : Sea Spaghetti, Atlantic Wakame, Dulse, Bubble Seaweed and Spiral Seaweed. The seaweed blend is rich in vitamins, antioxidants, polyphenols, carotenoids, omega-3, enzymes, amino acids, fibre, protein and essential minerals such as calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, selenium, potassium and iodine.

    The product does not contain any unnecessary additives or fillers.

    Ingredients:

    A blend of 5 dried and finely ground seaweeds: Sea Spaghetti (Himanthalia elongata), Atlantic Wakame (Alaria esculenta), Dulse (Palmaria palmata), Fucus vesiculosus and Fucus spiralis; vegetable capsule (hypromellose, water).

    Suggested use:

    2 capsules per day.
    Take with water or open the capsule and sprinkle the contents into a meal/juice.
