Ingredients

magnesium salts of citric acid (magnesium), rhodiola root extract (Rhodiola rosea L.), ginger rhizome extract (Zingiber officinale Roscoe), chaste tree fruit extract (Vitex agnus-castus L.), pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6), capsule shell: pullulan.

Directions for use

Take 2 capsules once a day with a meal, preferably in the first part of the day (morning or midday). Use the supplement regularly, every day throughout the menstrual cycle, not only when symptoms appear before menstruation. Continue taking it on days without symptoms as well. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.

Contraindications

This product is intended for adult women. Do not use in children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not use in case of allergy to any of the ingredients.

Precautions

Because of the chaste tree extract content, consult a doctor before taking this product if you are taking medicines (dopamine antagonists, oestrogens, anti-oestrogens) or have a tumour disease and/or a pituitary disease.
