100% camelina oil pressed from camelina seeds (Gold-of-pleasure).
Contains omega-3 fatty acids: approximately 30–35 g/100 g of oil.

Directions for use:

Serving size: 3 teaspoons.

Use: cold, for direct consumption or as an addition to dishes, especially herring and roast potatoes. Ideal for dipping bread, adding to salads, mayonnaise and cooked dishes.

It is not recommended to heat the oil.
