About the product

Soy Wax Flakes from Bilovit are a raw material for making your own container candles, produced from soybean oil. The white flakes melt at 68°C and set at 42°C, making the pouring process easier to control.

Candles made with soy wax burn 1.5 to 2 times longer than paraffin candles and release minimal soot, so the flame burns evenly and cleanly.

Purpose

The wax is intended for making container candles, for example in glass jars, ceramic cups or metal tins. It works well for both plain and scented candles.

How to use

Melt the wax using a double boiler, in a water bath. Once melted, add fragrance and dye if desired, then pour the wax into a container with a fixed wick and leave it to set.

Material

The flakes are made entirely from soybean oil, with no added paraffin. The material is biodegradable and leaves no harmful residue after burning.
