Aliness ALLHydrate Electrolytes + B complex methyl is a dietary supplement in powder form. An electrolyte solution containing essential minerals such as potassium, calcium, sodium and magnesium. Enriched with 10 B vitamins. ALLHydrate is the first electrolyte product on the market to contain a natural source of sodium, which is rock salt from the Klodawa mine (non-iodised).
The product is dedicated to athletes, physically active people and anyone who needs to quickly replenish lost electrolytes. ALLHydrate electrolytes have a lower osmolarity than body fluids, so they have a hypotonic effect.

Suggested use:
Daily serving: 6.9 g.
Dissolve a portion of electrolytes (6.9 g = 3 scoops) in 1 L of lukewarm water.
Shake before use.
The amount of water can be increased in the case of low physical activity or modified according to personal taste preferences.
