One scoop (25 g) provides 23 g of protein and 98 kcal. Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass and to the maintenance of muscle mass. The only ingredients are egg protein isolate (98%) and sunflower lecithins. Mix a serving into 200 ml of water and drink it during the day or at night.
